Cancellation Policies
DE BOCA EN BOCA CANCÚN reserves the right to contract on behalf of THE "CLIENT", the services referred to and specified in these Terms and Conditions precisely in the quality and/or categories contracted, in terms of carriers, hotels and car rental companies are concerned, regardless of the ultimate provider of the services, unless it is expressly agreed that these will invariably be provided by a specific PROVIDER. Some tours and activities are not subject to cancellation.
Land and sea transportation:
· Cancellations made 3 days or more before the arrival date apply a 10% charge.

Faculties of the passenger to exercise the withdrawal
